1. About the App
AI Forms App allows users to create, edit, and manage their Google Forms. The app is integrated with the Google Forms API and Google Drive API to allow seamless access and manipulation of your own forms, all within your Google account.

We do not collect or store any personal data on our servers.
However, when you use our app, we may request limited access to your Google Account via Google’s OAuth 2.0 system to enable functionality. All access is explicitly authorized by you and can be revoked at any time.
2.1 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share, transfer, or disclose any Google user data to third parties. All user interactions, including Google Forms and Google Drive content, are processed locally within the app and securely through Google APIs. We do not transmit or store any personal or form-related data on our servers.

- The app processes data locally on the user’s device and uses secure system frameworks.

2.3 Data Security
Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data, and we use encryption to protect your information during transmission.
We do not store or transmit any sensitive data, including form content or user information. All data remains either on the user’s device or within the user’s own Google account. Data is accessed only through Google’s secure APIs, and we rely on Google’s infrastructure and authentication to ensure the protection of all information during access and transmission.
2.3 AI Usage & Machine Learning
The AI features in AI Forms App (such as smart suggestions and question generation) do not collect or use any user data for training machine learning models. We do not retain, store, or analyze any Google user data obtained via Workspace APIs for the purpose of improving, developing, or training generalized AI or ML models. All AI functionality is applied in real-time and locally within the app context.
3. Permissions & API Scopes
We use the following Google OAuth scopes only to enable app features:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email – To verify your email identity (displayed in the app only).
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body – To create and edit your Google Forms.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body.readonly – To view your existing Google Forms.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly – To view responses to your Google Forms.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file – To view and manage files created or opened with this app.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly – To allow you to select and import your Forms from Google Drive.

3.1 Google API Scopes
AI Forms App only uses the necessary Google OAuth scopes to allow users to create, edit, and manage their own Google Forms and access them via Google Drive. No unnecessary permissions are requested, and all scopes are used solely to enable the user-requested functionality inside the app.
4. Use of Information
The app uses your data only to perform the actions you initiate, such as:
- Creating a new Google Form
- Editing an existing Form
- Viewing Form responses
- Storing created Forms in Google Drive
All operations happen within your Google account using the official APIs. We never store form content, responses, or any personal identifiers on our servers.
5. Analytics and Usage Data
We use Google Analytics (anonymous mode) to understand general usage patterns and improve our app’s features.
We do not track:
- User identity
- Personal form data
- IP addresses or device IDs
Analytics data collected includes:
- Country (general location)
- Session duration
- Feature usage
This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individuals.
6. Data Storage & Security
We do not store any data on our own servers.
All forms and related data are stored:
- On your own Google Drive account (secure and encrypted by Google)
- Or locally on your device
We rely on Google’s secure infrastructure for all authentication and data access. No third-party servers are used to transmit or hold your data.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may use the following third-party service:
- Google Analytics – for anonymized usage insights only
No ads, trackers, or marketing platforms are integrated into the app.
8. User Control
You have full control over your data. You can:
- Revoke Google account access anytime at:

- Delete any Google Forms or Drive files created through the app
We do not store or control any of your forms or data.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage users to review it regularly.
